Welcome to the Concord Law School online classroom for the Small Business Practice LLM program.

We are in a unique position to bring the LLM to practicing attorneys. Concord was launched in 1998 as the nation's first wholly online law school. It serves primarily mid-career professionals who for reasons of geographic location or work and family responsibilities cannot attend a traditional law school. To date, Concord has trained over 1000 graduates through its JD and Executive JD programs. Its expertise in delivering legal education online is unmatched as it enters its second decade.

The Small Business Practice LLM is designed for practicing attorneys and recent law school graduates who want an in-depth, practical knowledge of the legal issues unique to small business. The first of its kind, the LLM curriculum has been developed by practitioners and academics who have long seen the need for legal education focused on the concerns of the small business sector, an all-important segment of our economy that is often overlooked in traditional law programs.

The online classroom you are entering is one of the components of our proprietary Learning Management System (LMS). In addition to the curriculum, the LMS supports all the administrative and service functions you expect in a first-rate program of legal education.
